THE B.A.B.S FIREARMS TRAINING TEAM
Raina Eshleman, Founder / Lead Instructor
After completing college, Raina began a career in firefighting, rescue and paramedicine in 1999, and then founded B.A.B.S Firearms Training in early 2013. Raina has over 16 years of diverse experience as a trainer and coach, and she has completed a wide variety of firearms safety and competency courses. Raina is a certified pistol instructor and range safety officer, and she is also certified through the Oregon Department of Public Safety Standards and Training as an Instructor Level III.
Raina enjoys pistol sport shooting, breaking clays with the B.A.B.S Women's Trap & Skeet Team, kettlebell training and active outdoor adventures.
Laiwah Chan, Instructor
Laiwah is one of the B.A.B.S Team's specialists with modern sporting rifle. Laiwah gained quality firearms training and experience while serving honorably in the U.S. Army, including overseas service in Iraq. Laiwah is a range safety officer and experienced instructor, and she continues to serve her community as a paramedic.
Beth MacNicoll, Instructor
Beth has an extensive background in recreational shooting, including pistol, rifle, shotgun and archery. Beth is a certified range safety officer, an accomplished instructor in a variety of professional fields, and she serves her community as a paramedic. Beth also draws on her professional experience as an assistant to the B.A.B.S Team with marketing, promotions and special event planning.
